- Before work starts, the parties define roles, responsibilities, scope and compensation in a separate written agreement.
In this phase the Hub supports project discovery and preliminary business collaboration. Recruitment, personnel selection and labour-market intermediation are not active through this area; they require separate legal and operational review. Registration does not grant representation of a professional body or bilateral organisation.

Initiative in preparation to assess tourism and hospitality partnership proposals involving Italy and Albania, including opportunities connected with the Capital Global Travel brand. The aim is to identify suitable accommodation providers, local operators and professional support for future collaborations. Each proposal is assessed for relevance, operational requirements and the responsibilities of the parties. No bookings, allotments or guaranteed customer volumes are promised by this listing.
Contributions sought
Hotels and accommodation providers, authorised travel and local experience operators, transport providers, hospitality consultants and business associations; confidential introducers able to refer relevant suppliers or opportunities. Initial proposals should indicate location, services, operating credentials where applicable and the collaboration sought. Activities requiring authorisation are undertaken by appropriately authorised providers. Commercial terms, duties and any remuneration are agreed separately in writing for each collaboration.

Initiative in preparation to assess commercial proposals connecting Italian and Albanian suppliers, buyers and distributors. The aim is to identify suitable products, verify supply and distribution requirements and evaluate potential commercial relationships. Proposals must describe the product, market, supplier authority and proposed commercial arrangement. No exclusive distribution rights, purchase orders or sales volumes are promised by this listing.
Contributions sought
Manufacturers, suppliers, buyers and distributors; international trade, logistics and customs specialists; qualified legal and accounting advisers; confidential introducers with relevant commercial contacts. Initial proposals should identify the product category, origin, target market and available business documentation without sending sensitive or confidential third-party files. Products and contacts are subject to provenance and authority checks. Any professional fee or referral compensation is agreed separately in writing before the activity begins.

The aim is to identify complementary companies, expertise and potential partners, evaluate proposed projects and define suitable roles before any individual engagement. Each proposal is reviewed separately; this listing does not represent an agreed mandate or a guaranteed assignment.
Contributions sought
Businesses and business associations, business development consultants, lawyers, accountants and other qualified advisers with relevant Italy–Albania experience; confidential introducers able to refer contacts they are authorised to share. Initial contributions may include a concise company presentation, the proposed partnership and the support required. Admission to the network and Capital review are required. Professional fees and referral compensation, where applicable, are agreed separately in writing, including payer, amount or percentage, conditions and payment timing.
