Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026. This notice applies to capitalglobalservice.com, including the ten areas of expertise, project enquiries, requests for controlled documentation and the private administrator archive.

Who is responsible for your information?

Capital Global Service Investment Partners Sh.p.k., NUIS M52104043E, is responsible for the personal information it processes through this website. Registered office: Rruga Emil Lëgrand, Ndërtesa 5, Hyrja 1, Apartamenti 3, Njësia Administrative Nr. 7, 1001 Tirana, Albania. For privacy enquiries, contact info@capitalglobalservice.com.

Information we receive

When you contact Capital or submit an enquiry, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, business email, organisation, role, country, selected area of interest and message. Requests for documentation also include the documents requested and the purpose of consultation. Website operation and security may involve IP addresses, browser information, request times and technical logs. Approved private-area users also provide account and authentication information.

Do not send identity documents, banking credentials, sensitive personal information or confidential project files through an initial website enquiry. If additional documentation is needed, Capital will agree a suitable process with you.

Purposes and grounds for processing

We use enquiry details to assess and respond to your request and, where applicable, take steps you request before entering a contract. We use relevant business records to manage agreed engagements and meet applicable obligations. Our legitimate interests include maintaining business correspondence, assessing document-access requests, protecting confidential materials and securing the website, subject to the rights and interests of the people concerned. Optional cookies and external features are handled through the consent choices described in the Cookie Policy where consent is required.

Information for the ten areas of expertise

The same initial enquiry process applies to business consulting, partnerships, real estate, tourism, international trade, raw materials, technology, marketing, training and publishing. Selecting a sector does not subscribe you to marketing, grant access to private documents or establish an engagement. Any further collection or sharing of project-specific information must be agreed according to the proposed work.

Who may receive information?

Information may be accessed by authorised Capital personnel and service providers needed to operate the website, host it, deliver correspondence or provide security and technical support. The website is hosted through Aruba. Business correspondence may be handled through Capital’s connected Gmail account and copied into its private WordPress archive. Approved business counterparties or professional providers receive project information only when relevant to an agreed purpose and appropriate confidentiality arrangements.

External services such as Google translation and links to WhatsApp or the separate Capital Global Travel website have their own privacy notices. Clicking an external link or choosing an optional external feature may transmit technical information to that provider.

International handling of data

Capital is based in Albania and works with international service providers and business contacts. Information may therefore be processed in more than one country. Any transfer subject to specific data-protection requirements must use the safeguards required by the applicable law. Contact Capital for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

Retention and restricted documentation

Enquiries and correspondence are retained for as long as necessary to respond, manage the resulting relationship, document business activity or meet applicable record-keeping and legal requirements. The appropriate period depends on the purpose, the status of the relationship and any ongoing dispute or obligation. You may contact Capital to ask about a particular record. Private email and document copies are available only to authorised users; an access request does not itself create an account or grant permission.

Providing information and document-access decisions

Contacting Capital is voluntary. Fields marked as required are needed to identify the request, reply to you and assess the requested consultation; without them the form cannot be submitted or the request may not be assessable. Optional information should be limited to what is relevant. Document-access requests are reviewed by Capital; submitting a form or choosing an area of expertise does not automatically authorise consultation.

Email copies and privacy requests

The private correspondence archive may contain sender and recipient details, message dates, business correspondence and attachments relevant to the relationship. Moving a message into an archive does not remove the personal information it contains or, by itself, delete the original in Gmail. A privacy request concerning correspondence must therefore consider relevant copies in both the mailbox and the website archive, together with any records that must lawfully be retained. Archiving an unanswered proposal does not, by itself, justify indefinite retention.

Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. Send requests to info@capitalglobalservice.com. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. You may also raise a concern with the competent data-protection authority.

Cookies and updates

See the Cookie Policy for website technologies and consent choices. This notice will be updated when the website’s processing changes. Separate project, engagement or confidentiality documents may provide additional information relevant to a particular service.
