Choose the format around the purpose

A project may call for written material, a visual presentation, video or another multimedia format. We start with the audience, the information to convey and the channel through which it will be used. The scope, production responsibilities and approval process are defined before work begins; examples of formats are not a claim that a particular production is already available.

  • Define the audience, message, language and intended publishing channel.
  • Organise source material into a clear editorial or production brief.
  • Identify design, writing, audiovisual and technical expertise as needed.
  • Plan fact checking, approvals and the permitted use of the finished material.

Introduce your content project

Describe the subject, target audience, required formats and existing public material. Explain whether the content will support a partnership proposal, corporate presentation or a wider communication initiative. Source ownership, image and music rights, personal permissions and any third-party claims should be checked before publication. Confidential project documents are handled through an agreed process, rather than uploaded through the first enquiry form.

Discuss your project with Capital

Send a short, non-confidential introduction. Capital will review the request and reply before proposing the scope and terms of an engagement.
