AREA 01 · CAPITAL GLOBAL SERVICE
Clarify the opportunity before approaching the market. Capital Global Service supports companies and project promoters with preliminary analysis, relationship coordination and introductions to potential counterparties. Our work focuses on business development between Italy and Albania and on relevant international opportunities.
Financial opportunities for businesses with a credible project
We help businesses with sound projects and appropriate requirements identify potential financial solutions to support growth, investment and international development. Capital reviews the business objectives, project readiness and available documentation, helps organise a clear presentation and maps possible financing routes and the authorised specialists best placed to assess them.
Depending on the project and jurisdiction, these routes may include corporate financing, investment partnerships and public funding programmes. Our preliminary review does not certify eligibility. Any regulated advice, credit brokerage, financing application or placement is handled by appropriately authorised operators. Each provider independently assesses the company’s requirements, feasibility and terms; financing availability and approval are never guaranteed.
Our role as an independent, non-regulated arranger
Capital Global Service Investment Partners Sh.p.k. operates as an independent, non-regulated arranger. We support the preliminary structuring and coordination of corporate projects and extraordinary corporate finance initiatives, limited to advisory and organisational activities that do not require regulatory authorisation under the applicable law. Our role includes analysing the project, organising documentation and coordinating the work of the parties and specialist professionals involved.
The term “non-regulated” describes the scope of our role; it is not a financial licence or an exemption from applicable law. Capital does not act as an authorised bank or financial intermediary and does not perform reserved activities such as lending to the public, collecting deposits, providing regulated investment services or credit brokerage. Any activity requiring registration, licensing or regulatory authorisation is entrusted to appropriately authorised providers.
How we can support your project
We help organise the information needed to understand a business initiative: its objectives, market context, counterparties, commercial rationale and next steps. Where appropriate, we coordinate initial conversations with potential partners and identify the professional expertise required. An introduction is the beginning of a discussion; it does not guarantee financing, acceptance by a counterparty or completion of a transaction.
- Review the project objectives, commercial assumptions and available documentation.
- Define a preliminary roadmap and the roles of the parties involved.
- Coordinate business introductions and requests for further information.
- Identify matters that require assessment by qualified or authorised professionals.
What to include in your enquiry
Describe your company, the initiative, the countries involved, the stage of development and the type of support sought. A short non-confidential summary is sufficient for an initial review. Capital will assess the request before proposing the scope, responsibilities, timetable and terms of an engagement. Do not send banking credentials, identity documents or confidential financial files through the initial form.
Discuss your project with Capital
