Strategic Consultant

Business and management consulting

I work on the strategic and organisational design of business initiatives. I provide advice on defining a development model, relationships between partners, and the documentation needed to assess and launch a project. My experience includes mining and agrifood supply chains, alongside publishing research and activities in art and fashion.

Business strategy and international project design

I have developed partnership models and organisational structures for international initiatives, combining operational programmes, economic scenarios and documentation for institutional counterparts. I can support a business in preparing its development plan, defining roles and responsibilities, and setting budgets and schedules. This work includes preparing dossiers and presentations for partners and potential financiers.

Institutional relations and representation of interests

I can prepare proposals, submissions and materials for dialogue between businesses and institutions, and represent interests entrusted to me under an engagement. I have developed documentation to present industrial and cooperation programmes to public counterparts. The European profile describes institutional relations and strategic promotion in raw materials and international cooperation.

Mining and raw materials

I have prepared studies on gold and extractive supply chains, programmes for developing artisanal mining, and proposals for organising relationships between cooperatives, operators and partners. I can provide sector and supply-chain analysis, develop operational and governance models, and prepare documentation needed for the business assessment of a mining initiative.

ESG and programme sustainability

I have developed a governance model for extractive activities covering traceability, working conditions, responsibilities towards communities and environmental protection. I can support businesses in defining internal sustainability policies and organisational procedures, mapping requirements needing further assessment, and preparing an ESG dossier for review by qualified specialists.

Agrifood supply chains and production innovation

I have structured dairy supply-chain programmes connecting livestock farming, processing and product analysis with economic planning and data management. I can organise the programme and coordinate operators, veterinarians and laboratories, defining the activity plan, control documentation and criteria for comparing results.

Know-how and intellectual property

I have developed a project approach that distinguishes know-how, its licence for use and subsequent developments. I can organise documentation on intangible assets, inventory project materials and define partners' contributions, preparing the elements that qualified professionals will turn into agreements.

Research and publishing

I have written essays analysing the economics and geopolitics of resources, a manual on artisanal gold prospecting, and narrative texts connected with these subjects. I can prepare studies, operating manuals and explanatory content, structuring the subjects and presenting information for the intended audience.

Art, archives, catalogues and fashion

I have created the family art archive and produced a fashion catalogue and a range of designs. I can support cultural projects in building and organising archives and catalogues, and contribute to fashion concepts and the preparation of related editorial and presentation content.

Your relationship with Capital

How membership, privacy and compensation work

Membership is free. Admission, public visibility and individual engagements are separate decisions. Any professional fee, referral compensation or project remuneration must be agreed in writing for the specific activity, including payer, amount, conditions and payment timing. Registration alone does not create a right to compensation.

Capital Global Service Investment Partner SHPK manages applications, membership information, professional evidence and opportunities to assess and administer the proposed relationship. Public presentation requires a separate authorisation and approval. Introducer identities and all opportunities remain reserved to their author and authorised Capital administrators; only deliberately prepared board listings are shared with approved members.

Provide only necessary business information. Evidence, telephone and account information are private. Videos and external publication links open their respective providers. Information is kept only for the period necessary to manage the application or relationship and applicable obligations; Capital reviews retention and handles access, correction and erasure requests through info@capitalglobalservice.com. You may withdraw public visibility from your account at any time. Read the site Privacy Policy for the general processing information.

The site translates these texts into its eight available languages. Keep your name, company name, publication titles and URLs in their original form. Automatic translations may contain inaccuracies.

Complete your application. Capital reviews it and, if approved, emails a link to create your password. New professional and business applications include a public profile after your acceptance and Capital approval.

Application relating to: Italy–Albania import, export & distribution

Professional qualifications — confidential review

For regulated activities, provide the relevant authorisation and register details. For other activities, describe your training and experience. These fields and evidence are never published.

Links are optional and do not require separate Capital approval. They are displayed when your professional profile is public.

Participation conditions — version 2026-10-19.2

The Business Hub connects businesses, service agencies, professional bodies and independent professionals. New professional and business applications include a public profile after your explicit acceptance and Capital approval. Your profile may show the expertise and the countries, regions and cities where you choose to offer services. Application submission alone does not publish a profile or activate an account.

The public profile includes your name, organisation, area of expertise, service territories, professional presentation and links you choose to provide. Telephone, email, account credentials, supporting professional evidence, private requests and reserved opportunities remain private. Optional photos and contributions require their specific publication authorisation.

Country selection is for territorial organisation and discovery. It does not determine applicable law, verify a qualification, grant authority to represent an organisation, or activate a service. Requirements and agreements must be checked separately for each country and service. Italy, Albania and other countries do not automatically share the same rules or agreements.

Searching, a suggested match, registration or admission creates no assignment, employment, mandate, representation or compensation. Each collaboration requires express agreement on roles, responsibilities, scope and compensation before it starts. Any tripartite agreement must be separately reviewed, signed by all parties and verified for the relevant country.

Existing applications and accounts are preserved. A pending profile cannot be newly published under these conditions until its owner accepts them. Existing confidential introducers remain confidential. You can withdraw public visibility or request termination through your member area; this does not erase records automatically.

Members provide accurate information, hold the necessary rights and qualifications, and remain independent. Capital reviews applications and may request corrections or explain a suspension or exclusion. LinkedIn is optional: Capital does not sign in, import data automatically or receive your LinkedIn password.

The photo is displayed only while your approved professional profile is public. No photo is required to participate.

Country selection organises discovery only. No assignments, representation or compensation are guaranteed; separate written agreement and country-specific checks are required before any activity.

Listed members act independently. Presence in the network does not constitute certification of professional qualifications, an employment relationship or a guarantee of assignments. Capital reviews each proposed collaboration separately.

Other — professionals, businesses & associations

The network also welcomes lawyers, accountants, business associations, companies and other consultants whose expertise falls outside Capital’s listed areas of expertise. Describe your profession, business activity, relevant qualifications and proposed contribution. New professional and business applications include a public profile after acceptance and Capital approval. Existing confidential introducers remain confidential.

Select Other — professionals, businesses & associations in the standard application form and specify your profession or business activity. You receive the same application review, member profile and access to opportunities as the other categories, subject to Capital approval.

Network privacy — applications, profiles and referrals

This section supplements the site Privacy Policy. Capital reviews the business contact information, experience, proposed contributions and any professional evidence you provide. Required name and email fields allow Capital to identify and reply to an application. Only provide information relevant to the proposed collaboration.

Applications and qualification evidence are available to authorised Capital administrators. Approval creates a separate member account; it does not grant access to Capital’s existing confidential document archive. Introducers remain outside the public professional directory. Only public professional fields and contributions expressly authorised by the member and approved by Capital may be displayed publicly. Members may withdraw public visibility.

Individual referrals and responses to initiatives are available to their author and authorised Capital administrators. The public initiatives showcase contains only descriptions deliberately approved for publication. The reserved board contains selected descriptions prepared for approved active members; it does not automatically publish individual referrals or third-party contacts.

Membership is free. Professional fees and referral compensation are agreed separately in writing for each activity, with the payer, amount or percentage, conditions and payment timing specified before work begins. Registration alone guarantees neither assignments nor payment.

Do not upload identity documents, banking information, sensitive data or confidential third-party files. External videos and publication links are hosted by their respective providers. The network stores its records on this WordPress website; retention is reviewed according to the application or relationship and applicable obligations. Requests for access, correction, deletion or withdrawal may be addressed to info@capitalglobalservice.com. Refer to the site Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for general information and website technologies.

Membership, withdrawal & review

Application receipt and admission

An acknowledgement of an application is not confirmation of admission. A receipt email is generated when your application is saved. Membership is subject to Capital’s review and a separate approval notice, together with a secure password setup email. If you need confirmation of your application status, contact info@capitalglobalservice.com using the email address supplied in your application.

Withdraw your membership or request deletion

You may end your network membership at any time from your member area using “End membership / Request personal data deletion”. Your public profile is hidden and network participation stops immediately after your confirmation. You may also request personal data deletion; Capital reviews that request separately, taking account of applicable retention obligations. If you cannot access your account, contact Capital from your registered email address. Do not send passwords or identity documents by email.

Accuracy, lawful proposals and review by Capital

Members must provide truthful information, accurately describe qualifications and represent only activities and opportunities they are entitled to propose. Misleading declarations, fabricated qualifications, unauthorised use of third-party material and unlawful proposals are not accepted.

Capital may reject a proposal, temporarily restrict participation or hide a disputed profile or submission while requesting clarification about authenticity, origin, authority to offer it or legality. A concern triggers review and is not treated as proof of wrongdoing. Confirmed misrepresentation or serious or repeated breaches may lead to withdrawal of network approval and exclusion. Capital records the reasons and informs the member, giving an opportunity to provide clarification where appropriate. No disputed proposal is automatically published.

Ending membership does not automatically erase records that must be retained for applicable obligations or an unresolved dispute. Such records remain restricted and are reviewed for retention.
